Spreading Roots: trying to raise kei-apples

Seed collection is one of the economic efforts we work on with our interested members at DLIOF. Kei-apple growth is recommended for fencing and has the added benefit of attracting bees. We have been trying to raise kei-apples by planting them directly as a fence. This is our next great experiment, but the summer 2023 drought was long, and without water for irrigation, raising these apples may be a great challenge.
